Hi

I have a question before I start. Not sure if it can be answered but it will help me. I don't have access to a working printer this weekend, so will have to copy down the puzzles to paper. I just wanted to know if all grids besides the jigsaws will be in a standard 3x3 grid. Especially wondering for the instructionless, if this is something that you could give away. Will help me get my grids ready for when I start copying. hoping I don't copy a number wrong.. Sounds like an interesting set, so would still like to try. Think i'll have to skip the killer, not very practical.

Thanks for the amazing puzzles Gotroch. Some true 10-star puzzles here. Too bad something was missing from my brain while solving some of them, as a lot of mistakes at the start hurt my overall performance.

HELP

I typed my login, password and the country. Then clicked login and the only thing which I see is "Connecting to server to get status". In other words, I cannot start my test. BIG disappointment.

Do I need any Java or what?

Hi,

I submitted 7 correct answers and it shows as 0/7. I sent in answers to Nonconsecutive, Kropki, Jigsaw, Toroidal, Incomplete Sums, Draw a Jigsaw and Which Digit is Missing? My user name is shreyas2k6 and I'm Shreyas for India.

Please check the same. I worked really hard on these puzzles :)

You don't need java. If you are able to see the login box, that means you don't need any additional software on your machine.

Can I suggest to refresh your page and try again? As per our database, you haven't started the test yet. So you can try to start again.

I already refreshed that. Nothing.

I see buttons "start" and "show examples" but they are not acctive (grey) so I cannot proceed further.

The below, there is already mentioned "Connecting to server to get status".

This is really strange. I just made some changes and started the test for you. Can you refresh the page?
Let me know if you can see the password and the timer. If yes, your test has started.

I'll adjust the timer accordingly.

Please note : the theme of the contest is "Something is Missing" - so some usual clues can be missing.
There is absolutely no problem in the pdf file.

Excellent puzzles, I did the silly silly idiotic mistake of putting the "Incomplete Sums" Answer key in the "X is Alive" space :( probably missed 60 points coz of that, would love to know if that answer was right.

I ask myself why organizers chose a duration of 100 minutes and not 100 minutes + 4 seconds for this test

Since no one is participating right now, "Something is Missing" is now officially over.
No doubt tough Sudokus, but motris breezed through 9 of them, and takes the first position. uvo, deu and misko take the next positions.

Among Indian results, Rakesh and Rohan take top 2 positions with respectable scores, and prasanna takes 3rd position.
