Country : India | Administrator posted @ 2012-12-28 12:45 PM How will the winners be decided? Every player can vote upto 3 Sudoku tests and 3 puzzle tests. There is no sequence among the 3 voted tests, and all of them will be treated equally. After a player votes, all his vote power (depending upon the category) will be equally distributed among the 3 tests. After the voting period ends, the tests with maximum votes received will be declared as winner. Notes • We will be declaring only the top 3 tests in each category. • If a player decides to vote only for 2 tests, 1/3rd of his voting power will be equally distributed among the remaining tests. • If a player decides to vote only for 1 tests, 2/3rd of his voting power will be equally distributed among the remaining tests. • Authors / Test solvers are allowed to vote for their own tests.

Posts: 419 Country : India | kishy72 posted @ 2012-12-28 8:54 PM I loved Akil oyunlari competetion so much so that i tried to order copies of Akil oyunlari magazines...but sadly they are not available for sale commercially in india...It had everything maths based puzzles ,good hard crosswords etc...would love to see it again and i would also like to make a suggestion ....contests like Di , puzzle cup and so on can be considered for ratings ...particularly when the participant is allowed to have an option whether the test should be considered for his ratings or not what is the point in excluding some for ratings and including the rest. And the best idea that was conceived in LMI i feel is Beginners sudoku .I am getting a taste of the different variants that exist in sudokus gradually...I am sure many others would feel the same...The fun that you get when u catch hold of that sole candidate in sudokus is what i like the most and most of the hard sudokus were designed exactly of that sort..Hope Beginners sudoku contest continues next year with full vigour and may the variants never get exhausted!
