Wonderful set of puzzles, thoroughly enjoyed solving this round! A well-balanced round, and each puzzle in my opinion was set at the right amount of marks for difficulty. My favourite was the unordered distances sudoku 9x9, and I also loved the 234 outside sudoku, a variant I have tried for the first time! Thanks, Gaurav! Too hard for the LMI community to solve this SM round without shedding a tear. It was very nice of Gaurav and the organizers to prepare the sudokus themed on Shaheer. Favourites: 9x9 Toroidal, 9x9 Irregular, 6x6 Toroidal Enjoyable and a neat set of sudokus. Thanks Gaurav!

I started with the 9x9 unordered distances and spent ~20 mins on it but couldn't solve it. So, I moved to other sudokus. It was a great set. Though I couldn't solve the unoredered distances, I really enjoyed the set. Would try the unordered distances afterwards. It was a great initiative to dedicate the round to Shaheer. Thank you Gaurav for the great set of sudokus!

Thanks for a nice set of sudokus Gaurav.I felt that the set was mostly on the easier side and sudokus were very approachable. I say this because I broke Unordered Distances(9*9) twice and spent about ~30-35 minutes on the same (which is not surprising as I had too much distraction here when I solved) and at one point, I had no hopes of finishing the contest. But, fortunately the other sudokus were easier. Favourites are 234 outside(9*9) and Toroidal (9*9). Thanks again ! I can take a mini break now from SM as I co-author the next round with Akash.
