To avoid confusion you can also check the Progress link at the top right of the home page which counts down to the start of or end of each event. |

Posts: 187 Country : New Zealand | kiwijam posted @ 2021-11-14 2:49 AM I think the answer key for Archery is a little unfair. I looked at the example, and example answer, and bold underlined words, and felt that it expected all the numbers to be listed. I see most submissions have penalties, so that appears common. Perhaps the full answer (which includes the official answer inside it) could be accepted as an alternative correct answer? |

I haven't been familiar with the puzzles so didn't know immediately what was going on, but this makes sense. I'll speak to Tawan and accept the other answer too. It might take a while to sort out the results page though. |

Posts: 2 | JustinKalef posted @ 2021-11-14 3:03 AM I'm talking about every single puzzle on the entire site. I can't open a single one without a password. When I download the puzzle booklet (any of them, including ones that have been open for a long time now), the PDF is locked and I get the message 'Enter a password. This file is password protected. Please enter a password to open the file'. |

Posts: 1801 Country : India | prasanna16391 posted @ 2021-11-14 3:13 AM Have you read the F.A.Q.? It is linked to on the home page as well as the landing page linked to above. These booklets are password protected because they are for fixed time contests, and the idea is you do not see the puzzles till your timer starts, so that no one gains an unfair advantage. So any particular contest, once it starts or once you click the start button, the password will appear and a timer will begin to count down, at which point you are expected to print the PDF and start solving. Again, this is all explained clearly with images in the F.A.Q. which I highly recommend going through. |
