What is WSC format?
Typically a World Sudoku Championship includes multiple rounds of solving. The solver is tested not just in Classics and Variants, but also some different concepts which shift a little from the usual mode of thinking. It is also a test of endurance, since there will be multiple little rounds through the day instead of one 90 minute block. We'll be releasing the Instruction Booklet around 2 weeks before the event, and like the online rounds, this booklet will have more detailed information about round structure and variants and other rules involved.

It is said that IB will be 2 weeks before the event. But before that can I know which puzzles to practice(with links for puzzles) as i will understand some unfamiliar puzzles to me better if I get more time for practice.

We are still in the process of preparing the Sudokus, so listing down the variants is not possible at the moment.

However, we have decided that there will not be any new variant apart from the 35 appeared in the seven episodes of Mahabharat.

Typically, a WSC has a Q&A session to cover the newer rules and any doubts in the instructions that participants may have. People can also clear their doubts on the forum itself before attending the event of course (in fact that's advisable), but consider this a final on-site check to ensure that everyone understands the rules, structure and format of each round of the competition.

Is linked Sudoku same as clone Sudoku ?

Conceptually yes.
But Clone has a single grid, and Linked Classics here have 2 grids.

The difficulty level for the sudoku's would be same/similar as published in instruction booklet?

Firstly, as mentioned in the instructions booklet (page 4), the difficulty of an example is not necessarily reflective of the difficulty of the corresponding competition Sudoku.
About the overall difficulty of different rounds, we have tried to match with that of the online rounds.

In round 2 , will there be odd Sudoku or odd even Sudoku ? Because its mentioned odd Sudoku in the ib , but the example is of odd even Sudoku

It will be Odd Even. The example is correct, the points table is not. Will fix the points table.

For the relay round can the hints of Sudoku 1 be distributed to Sudoku 3? I think hints of Sudoku 1 can only go to Sudoku 2 and from Sudoku 2 to Sudoku 3.
In the IB for the Relay Sudoku (Classic -> Either Or -> Either Or) hints on Sudoku 3 are shown as A and B which needs to be corrected to C and D.

Hints from Sudoku 1 (top grid) can not go to Sudoku 3 (bottom grid)
