Thread - Puzzle Ramayan

Clarification for the 'two tracks':
We were noticing that the base points system was discouraging Indians from participating in the Indian Championships. We still want to encourage regular solving for members of the Indian team, so we have separated the whole base points system to be only for team qualification and for the Puzzle Ramayan award.
So for team qualification, the total of PR _PLUS_ GP _PLUS_ IPC is considered. For IPC rankings, only the performance on the day of IPC will be considered. Note that participants who have participated in 2 PR rounds will still get reserved slots in the finals, so it is still good to participate in PR even beyond Team India aspirations.
