The IB has been published. The points distribution is also there, and is final. The only thing uncertain is the number of PB pages, which is 12 or 13 and will be confirmed on the submission page.

There is a new version of the IB, with two minor changes
1) The number of pages of the PB is confirmed as 13.
2) The rules of Nurikabe have a line added about '?'s replacing given digits.
