In the Sea Battle you have to recognize that there are 22 ship elements. And there are 11 regions. Hence all regions contain exactly 2 ship elements from 2 different ship. (I think there are just some places where the 4-long ship can be.) |

Acorrding to sum, like 31 in r4c3, we can figure out r56789c3 must have digits. 4 in r8c4 shows r8c68 contain 1 and 3, because of the rule "empty cells cannot be adjacent". Then In Col 9, the sum is 10, so only two more cells can have digits. r79c8 must contain digits. r7c7?4, r7c8?5, so r7c6 must be blank. if r8c8=1, then r7c8?8 r7c8+r7c7?12, so r8c8=3, r8c6=1. |

We had few new players from China in the last Sudoku test. Lets hope that repeats this time. Someone who needs Chinese translation can download the PDF file here. By the way, I find your new method of translation much interesting. I reckon it is easier than the previous method of copying all images. Only if there is some blank between rule and puzzle image for typing, I can do like this Do you know the software "HyperSnap"? It's easy to snapshot picture and edit it. |

Thanks The row/column marking is incorrect here. First row and first column should have been marked. The answer key, in that case, is 199#123 or 123#199.
