Attached find my attempt to glean the rules of the puzzles using a combination of reading the example solution, Google translate, and lots of thinking.

For questions 1-13 and 15-25, there shall be 4 numbers to be filled in the answer page. These will be marked as A,B,C and D. For question 14, 4 characters need to be filled. These will be marked as 1,2,3 and 4.

In a row, if a cell has an even digit in its left and also an even digit on its right, the cell's digit is written outside the row.
In a column, if a cell has an even digit on its top and also an even digit on its bottom, the cell's digit is written outside the column.

basically even digits both ways.

19 puzzles solved for 371 points. Spent too much time solving poker, got totally lost in descriptive pair, and messed up symbol and dominoes. Not bad compared to my horrendous mock 14 performance today.
