The IB is published. I don't expect any further versions unless there are errors, potentially number of PB pages might go up by 1.

Amazingly, as I said this I realized I'd got the end date wrong. Fixed it in all places I think.

Clarification for a query asked elsewhere: In the Akari [Skyscrapers], 0 is allowed as a valid height. This will be noted on the submission page too.

Clarification request on the clarification: is 0 visible from the outside? For a row that contains a 0 followed by a 1 and nothing else, would the clue to the left of the grid be 2 or 1? A height 0 building is not normally visible from the outside, since its height is equal or smaller to the surrounding ground, but I am not sure that this is the convention you are using.

The clue to the left would be a 2. 0 is visible.

I'm sorry for using a more confusing convention, I didn't really consider it till it was too late.

It might help to just consider all of their heights as +1.

The start is pushed by 30 minutes. The end will also be pushed accordingly.

Hey what does this "Pen" in the score table mean? And how can one get bonus points?

Pen means penalty, if you have a wrong submission and then submit the same puzzle correct later you'll get a penalty. Look in the Instruction Booklet for a breakdown of this.

There is a bonus of 1 point per minute saved if you finish all 22 puzzles before the 60 minutes.

This is also in the instruction booklet, I suggest that anyone with questions look through it once, especially the starting pages.

I can’t get 18 Pentopia to work even without the time pressure of the contest. Broken it in many different ways. What am I missing?

wow, absolutely awful round, but considering how bad I am at all the non-akari genres in general I guess that's not surprising. Kept breaking both of the easier pentopia, I need to go back and solve these legitimately to figure out where I'm going wrong.

As I say, I'm not deliberately guessing, I just get to a broken point. I think this is the last common point before I start trying different things, so I reckon something is wrong by this point.

@pinkagape I can say this is correct actually. Your mistake is probably coming after this. From here, you may see contradictions in 2 of them if you try the 3 different possibilities for the r1c8 clue.

You saying there were three options in the top right was all I needed. I only had two and found the contradictions multiple times. Thanks!
