I think the preference is because all puzzles were greatly attemperated for their difficulty to fit in the 60min slot. Even if one was very hard, the balance would have been disturbed and made the time look even shorter. So in that aspect, excellent work Prasanna !
I really enjoyed the set. |

Country : India | Thanks+for+your+thoughts.+I+appreciate+the+discussion+on+this.+For+me%2c+the+problem+with+that+argument+is+there+is+no+set+definition+of+%22weaker%22.+Even+if+the+contest+time+is+3+hours+there+may+be+people+who+find+it+difficult+to+finish.+The+number+of+minutes+is+always+just+an+arbitrary+quantity+that+may+fit+for+some+and+not+for+others.+To+me+it+is+more+about+the+block+of+time+people+take+out+of+their+day+to+do+a+contest%2c+and+I+want+it+to+be+possible+for+more+people+to+do+that. |

Country : Germany | What+I+admire+most+about+those+people+on+the+top+is+not+only+that+they+solve+so+much+faster+than+me%2c+but+they+also+have+to+solve+every+single+puzzle+every+single+time.+In+a+lot+of+contests%2c+I+have+one+or+two+puzzles+left%2c+which+I+just+can't+solve+at+all.+Or+only+with+T%26E+and+a+lot+of+time+investement.+No+amount+of+extra+time+would+fix+that.+(If+there+is+only+a+handful+left%2c+I+try+to+finish+everything+shortly+after+time+was+up%2c+so+at+least+I+know+by+how+much+I+missed+finishing.)%0a(On+another+note%2c+I+can+see+these+comments%2c+but+not+the+forum+thread+that+mirrors+them.) |
