Puzzle 2 will have a different set of circled numbers that need to be carried to puzzle 3... otherwise it wont be a relay...since you will simply use circled numbers from puzzle 1 into all subsequent puzzles... Although I do regret not having my wits about me to get through to the very end as I'm sure this was very finishable. I managed to not submit puzzle 4 - but I was wondering about a competition of this type...isn't it almost guaranteed that if a correct solution is posted to a later puzzle (say #10 for example) that correct solutions must have been posted to puzzles #1-9? |
