Instead of extending it, make all testes closing time to Tuesday midnight IST. For me the week ends are always busy and I used to participate on Mondays. If I know that the test closing time is Tuesday I can participate without any time pressure. Edited by devarajand 2018-04-30 8:53 PM

I usually solve online, some schemes were very confusing, the numbers of the killer overlapping the candidates.

All possible dots are supposed to be marked. Since zero dots are there, nowhere can a mathematical operation on 2 adjacent cells result in N. So using this, find N, apply the converse rule everywhere and solve. 2) Cages were different from normal cages and they were marked clearly enough for one to solve. 3) All points are allocated based on tester experience, and Little Killer has been allocated 15 points. Your experience can differ. And, please try to use normal case instead of ALL CAPS.

Perhaps this little and large format is too limiting? Thanks for bringing this up (again). We will review the feedback form but changes, if any, may not happen in this year's contests.

Posts: 52 Country : India | gaurav.kjain posted @ 2018-05-02 8:20 AM Thanks to all the Participants and Congratulations to winners. I would like to thanks Rakesh who is working behind the scenes and Prasanna for testing the Sudokus along with him. Thanks everyone for providing the feedback which will help me in improving. Almost everyone talked about hard puzzles in this round, but nature of Math round is like this over the years. Sudoku-N is liked by participants the most and I am very happy to see that as this variant is tweaked sligthly by me [determining N as part of solve and limiting N within the range] after Rakesh introduced it to me. Little killer was termed hardest but it has clean and tricky solving path and perfect fit for contest like these. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with Puzzles, Participation and Feedback by all. Many more to come. Happy Sudokuing !! Edited by gaurav.kjain 2018-05-02 8:27 AM
