Can a team forego the puzzles T and go directly to the individual tables? Also, can a member of the team, once solved one of the puzzles Ti, leave the rest of the team to solve the remaining and go to the individual table or should all wait until all puzzles are finished? Will there be proctors to check the correctnes of the Ti solutions? I believe the mechanism of the round is not described appropriately. This will all be made clearer in the second version. |

Posts: 34 Country : Turkey | bskbri posted @ 2017-10-10 11:25 AM There is a given table of puzzles in the IB for 4 different sets. Is the puzzle distribution on this table same as in the competition? If not, could you write the puzzle names in the table, instead of writing Puzzle X? Otherwise we will try to search which number is which puzzle, I think this is not an aim of this round. Note: All words table in this message refer to excel tables, not tables with 4 legs :) |

Note: All words table in this message refer to excel tables, not tables with 4 legs :) The IB table is just an illustration. The one in the round will contain the puzzle names too and will not necessarily have the same order or distribution. The randomized names are used in the IB specifically so that readers have a pause and it isn't assumed that a same distribution will be used. |
