It seems very likely that those with trouble use the same internet provider, which blocks / has trouble with logicmastersindia.com for whatever reason. Rajesh's link above is useful. It would be valuable to know if those with trouble can resolve logicmastersindia.com, if they can ping its IP address, and where traceroute gets stuck.
