The meets are easy in Bangalore because we have people who are here who will attend. If you want you can set up a meet with others in Mumbai. Can we start the meet up earlier?
I have to be someplace in the evening , so staying beyond 6 is not possible for me.
It will be good if we can start at 2.

I guess reordering activities may help here. E.g. "creating variant" can join "intro to a puzzle" towards the end, so amit can skip them if he has to leave early.

I'm in favor of reordering above rescheduling too. Not everyone will read the schedule change, and also some people weren't in favor of 2 PM last time. The "bonus" board games session can be shifted to 2 PM, and we can shift whatever Amit feels he doesn't need to participate in to 6 PM.
