I guess reordering activities may help here. E.g. "creating variant" can join "intro to a puzzle" towards the end, so amit can skip them if he has to leave early.

I'm in favor of reordering above rescheduling too. Not everyone will read the schedule change, and also some people weren't in favor of 2 PM last time. The "bonus" board games session can be shifted to 2 PM, and we can shift whatever Amit feels he doesn't need to participate in to 6 PM.

Spoke to Amit. I can confirm that the 'unrelated bonus' board game session will be at 2 PM, and everything else is as scheduled above.
