So, i'm coming earlier and I choose "no" to that question. But also there is information that the organizing commitee can pick you up from downtown to the tournament site on the match day. How should I organize this picking up from downtown? Is an e-mail enough? There wasn't that choice in the application form. Anyway I'm really pleased if you can pick me up from downtown in the morning or before afternoon of May 17-th (intending to see the Qing Long Lake).
