"The positions of the circles in this grid are same as the positions of the tents in the Tents puzzle."
So all Tents convert into circles for Golem. However, all Golem circles are not given, correct?
Some have to be marked by puzzlers while solving, right? |

All the Golem Grad circles are not given. Like the rule states wherever there is a tent in the tents puzzle there is a circle in the equivalent position in Golem Grad and vice versa wherever there is a circle in Golem Grad there is a tent in the Tents puzzle. |

are not correct. There are circles in Golem Grad that are not tents in Tents.
Perhaps the real puzzle will have no extra circles given, unlike in the example? Or perhaps say "The positions of the **solver-added** circles in this grid are same as the positions of the tents in the Tents puzzle."
Also:
The shaded cells must contain a path? Or they can be empty and not pass any relay information on?

The puzzles need not solve uniquely in a linear order and linking backward might be required. |

The rules are correct, the IB example is wrong ... the IB example will need a major overhaul we have 5 stars from star battle which give 5 trees, which cannot work for golem grad as we need even number of circles. We wll update this in the next iteration.
For the second part, the shaded cells must always contain a path. |

Yes this rule is missing from the IB. There will be at most one number in each white area. We will add this in the next iteration.
