For this round,

"The positions of the circles in this grid are same as the positions of the tents in the Tents puzzle."

So all Tents convert into circles for Golem. However, all Golem circles are not given, correct?
Some have to be marked by puzzlers while solving, right?

All the Golem Grad circles are not given. Like the rule states wherever there is a tent in the tents puzzle there is a circle in the equivalent position in Golem Grad and vice versa wherever there is a circle in Golem Grad there is a tent in the Tents puzzle.

Round format:

Are the puzzles designed that they can be solved completely in the correct order, or will puzzles potentially require details from later puzzles linking backward? (or you don't want to say)

R12.5 Golem Grad

Your "wherever there is a circle in Golem Grad there is a tent in the Tents puzzle."
and the IB's "The positions of the circles in this grid are same as the positions of the tents in the Tents puzzle."
are not correct. There are circles in Golem Grad that are not tents in Tents.
Perhaps the real puzzle will have no extra circles given, unlike in the example? Or perhaps say "The positions of the **solver-added** circles in this grid are same as the positions of the tents in the Tents puzzle."

Also:
The shaded cells must contain a path? Or they can be empty and not pass any relay information on?
