Version one of the IB is published and can be downloaded on the submission page. This IB is far less checked than usual so if there are any errors please note here and I'll get it fixed in the next version.

In the region sum lines puzzles, if a line visited a region more than once, should each visit sum up separately?

That's the way I've seen it before, but the wording here would imply it just adds up all digits on a line in each region.
