R11.6 Niagara Falls

The four corner cells of each front face are not used by the skyscraper puzzles. Do we restrict numbers from dropping into them? Or assume that would not help give a unique solution?

We will add a line to the rules which states that all clues will fall to become a row/column clue.

Rechecked the rules and the last line already covers this rule : "These numbers do not block each other and must serve as outside clues for the left and right central grids. "
