If 9 participants have already reached Stage 3, while the other 2 participants are still at Stage 1, will both of the participants at Stage 1 be eliminated, or will the elimination occur only when one of them reaches Stage 2?
The elimination will occur only when one of them reaches Stage 2, so that participant still has the opportunity to get the bonus points for clearing the first stage
