you can now register for the khargpur event via the above given link. although the final schedule is not out. but the dates mentioned are 28th to 31st january

i came 1st in the bhopal regional round,bt my name is not there in the final list of participants who qualified for the national rounds.

The test you are referring to is over. However, feel free to participate in other LMI contests by visiting the site regularly. As of now, nothing has been announced, but check out the Sudoku Mahabharat page for some rounds' dates - http://logicmastersindia.com/SM/2014-15.asp
