Nevermind, I got it now. I thought I had to place 4 Destroyers when I only had to place 3 in the grid.

The third and fourth blank cells (counting from the top) can't have a battleship piece because the arrows left and right don't point toward these cells.

In Myopia, the arrows point to the nearest cell(s) with ship parts. Some clues in your grid have un-pointed directions containing ship parts that are closer to the pointed direction.
