The individual/team label is missing for session 4.
I'm assuming Fillomino-Fillia is incorrectly labelled as 'team'?

Your assumption is correct. Fillomino-Fillia is an individual round and the two team labels move one unit down, i.e. Loop Pool and Sampler Platter are team rounds. We'll get it fixed on the next version.
