I think this should only be in WPC.

Also, I agree with Prasanna on chucking the Skyscrapers rule. I tried creating a solution, it is quite hard, and I got a nearly perfect solution (all rules satisfied except two rows having 3-5 pieces as black-white instead of 4-4). It is a really nice team round, especially when solving with the actual pieces. DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME :-)

The other rules are strong enough to create a challenging puzzle.

If it is so constrained in terms of rules then we might have to make it instructionless (i.e provide graphical instructions during the round)

Do you think this should be a separate round or it should be included in the Escape Round? (The escape round is planned to be completely instructionless/ surprise)
