also, once we have established that (r5,c1) & (r5,c3) can only be 9 and 5 (after placing 1 in (r5,c5) and confirming that (r5,c7) & (r5,c9) can only be 3 & 8) but since one of (r4,c5) & (r6,c5) has to be 9, we can eliminate 9 from (r5,c3).

When will be the certificates distributed?

We were a bit pre-occupied with starting/scheduling Sudoku Mahabharat & Puzzle Ramayan, we will get to this in a few days. Sorry about the delay. The dates for requesting hard copies will also be extended appropriately.

An email has been sent to all participants with your e-certificates. Please reply to it if you want a hard copy, with the necessary details requested in the mail.

Is there any update on certificates?

I am yet to reach back home since the WPC (stopped at Mumbai for a week), and I suppose I'll need to sign the IPC ones. So a little while longer, because we want to send as many as possible together (ISC+IPC).
