Was wondering if it applies It falls under solving techniques, not organization queries :) But for discussion sake, you should be able to solve the IB examples as well as the competition puzzles without using meta-techniques.

At 2:00 PM, you can click on start ISC and then you will be given password which you will use to open that secured booklet. Then you will have exactly 2 hrs 30 min to solve sudokus and submit. Good Luck :)
