To give fair chance to everyone, without changing their names, lets changes the rules of the game.

IPC 2003: Prem Swaroop (4)
IPC 2004: Rajesh Kumar (4)
IPC 2005: Rajesh Kumar (4)

IPC 2007: Ritesh Gupta (4)

So one should have exactly 4 vowels in his/her name to become IPC or ISC chamapion. I think with this rule will give chance to more people.
