Hey, I have a couple questions regarding early arrivals.

- For participants who would arrive on saturday evening at Bangalore airport, will there be transfer available or do we have to take a taxi?
- What about the hotel? Do you know if it would be possible to beneficiate from our room one day earlier/should we tell you, or rather contact the hotel directly?

If you are arriving before 15th do let us know, we will arrange for the transport from the airport to the hotel.
We can also book the hotel for you at lower rates than if you contact them directly. If you have already paid the participation fees then you can pay the additional amount after arrival in Bangalore.
