In the USA, the word "acrostic" has a specific meaning which this puzzle does not seem to have. Does "acrostic" mean something else in India? Most published crosswords use blocked grids, in which words must be separated by black cells; however, some published crosswords use barred grids, in which letters from different words can be in adjacent cells (and are labeled with a thick bar between the cells). They cannot. There must be at least one blank cell separating different words. This will be added to the instructions. |
