TERMS OF USAGE.

By registering at “Logic Masters India” (hereinafter “LMI”, “LMI forum”,“LMI tests”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms, please do not register (and use) LMI. The terms and conditions may be reviewed and changed periodically, and we'll do our best to inform you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of LMI.

POSTING IN LMI FORUM

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “LMI” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “LMI Administrators” and “LMI moderators” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, “LMI” shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

You agree not to post any message that is not directly related to “Sudoku” or “Logical Puzzles (WPC style)” or “LMI”. Any such posts will be deleted without notice. Repeated posting of such messages will result in permanent banning of the poster.

PARTICIPATING IN LMI TESTS

By participating in LMI tests, you agree that your name and country will appear in the score page even if you donot submit any answers. Also your results will be considered for LMI ratings unless you choose not to.
