Results sorted

The Archery Time Trial results are now sorted, with those who entered the "full" keys also having their answers accepted.
Also, we have implemented the penalty system for this event, adding on minutes for incorrect submissions. This wasn't implemented before so there could be minor changes to the results.
Lastly, on the landing page we have separated the two parts 1-11 and 12-22 into two tables. As of now part 1 is viewable by default while part 2 needs to be clicked on to show up. In 4 and something hours when the 11th Time Trial is done, we will switch.
