I think 'Anti-Fort Sudoku' should be renamed 'Big Neighbours Sudoku'.
There was a contest called 'Small Neighbours Sudoku' which had the exact opposite rules.

I didn't remember those, and missed the Dutch Championship last year. Thankfully, its still early enough that it can be renamed so I'll do that and publish in a bit.
