Country : India | It is JNPC alright. But I think you guessed that it is "Japanese National Puzzle Championship", it actually stands for "Japanese Number Place Championship", and contains 25 sudokus. From what I can manage to grasp from the translation, IB is to be released on Feb 24th.

Can someone explain the 21st sudoku? I did not understand even after reading the translated instructions by Chris.
In a row, if a cell has an even digit in its left and also an even digit on its right, the cell's digit is written outside the row.
In a column, if a cell has an even digit on its top and also an even digit on its bottom, the cell's digit is written outside the column.
basically even digits both ways.

Country : United States | 19 puzzles solved for 371 points. Spent too much time solving poker, got totally lost in descriptive pair, and messed up symbol and dominoes. Not bad compared to my horrendous mock 14 performance today. |
