The competition puzzles will not contain uncircled numbers, so you are correct that the only rule difference from standard Sashigane is that rule. |

Country : Switzerland | ropeko posted @ 2020-10-09 9:26 PM Yes, I struggled in puzzle #2 as well. I tried now again and found many solutions (even more than 2).
Another comment: The Aquarium rules differ from the usual rules used for that type. Usually all cells of a region within a row are filled or unfilled, independent if there are other fields in between. I should have read the rules better or especially also looked at the example. But common puzzles I normally skip in the instructions. I lost at least half of the time with the sheep and wolves and the aquarium.. |

Country : United States | Re Ropeko's comment: I've always thought that the version presented here was the usual, and that full rows is the variant. |

Country : The Netherlands | As a first-timer who's never done most of these puzzle types before, I'm quite happy with 287. (Except for the typo I made when entering an answer for the second Anglers)
It was a fun ride! |

Anyway, I no longer have any way of participating, all I see is a blank screen below the download buttons. |
