there seems to be inconsistency between the total score for the round (200 points) and the maximum ladder (150 points)

It is 150. The ladder points is correct. Will get this fixed.

Front side will have the general information about the round, like the name, duration, the list of sudokus, points table, etc.
Back side will have the answer sheet with the 16 rows for the 16 sudokus.

You may make any notation / pencilmarks, etc. on the back side. But, the final answer (digit) needs to be written clearly in the box provided.
