Hi Richard!! I would like to take part in the DSC and have the following queries as I am relatively new to your site :

i)Is the time indicated for the test i.e.,20:00-22:00 local?I guess it must be......Kindly Confirm

ii)Do I need to have an account to take part in the test or can I participate as a guest?.If it's the former ,when I click join it directs me to a page where it asks me for a membership fee of 25 euros.So does that mean only registered paid account holders can take part in the test?

Hi Kishore,
The indicated time is indeed local (CET = Central European Time)
You don't need to be member of WCPN to participate. We only have the rule that you need to be member to join the WSC-team.
