Earlier, players could view their scores only AFTER the test gets over. It made sense to tell scores to those who ask.
Now it is possible to view scores immediately after the player completes HER/HIS time (which is even better).

But, what I strongly reject 'now' is discussing scores 'before' the test is over for everyone. In my personal opinion, it gives a little advantage to those who solve later, however 'little' the advantage may be.

For example (my personal experience): On Fed, whenever I solved after dinner, I can see the top 10 times and get a brief idea on how to go about solving. Like, suppose the best time of a Classic Sudoku is around 5min, I know I have to GUESS or I know the puzzle is tough. I found my times are considerably better than when I solve during the day.

This is a minor example, but I'm trying to explain my point.

Similarly, if I know someone has finished all sudokus in a test, I will definitely start the test with the goal to complete within time. Which MAY not be the case if I did not know someone finished.
In the 1st case, it becomes unfair to the person who takes the test first as he has 'less knowledge' about the difficulty.

(I know we do mention "We expect people to finish mock before time", but still, I feel its unfair)

I think we should go a step further and show results only after the test.

I feel showing only the participant's score is still a good idea (different and better from all other championships).

Also, the player can immediately check her/his mistakes and if she/he has any protests, it can be resolved (in the forum) BEFORE the final results are declared.

At LMI, players are used to seeing their scores immediately after they take the test. Unless we have strong reasons against it, we might not want to change it.
