There are more than one place where the list is available

1) List of tests with authors' name and top 3 - http://logicmastersindia.com/forum/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=60&st...

2) List of tests (on the right side) with results and downloadable pdfs : http://logicmastersindia.com/lmitests/

3) If you are just interested in the downloadable pdfs : http://logicmastersindia.com/lmitests/downloads.asp

I hope one of these is what you are looking for. If not, let us know.

What are some of the easier puzzle tests in the last year (not pure-sudoku)

I you look at the first list ( http://logicmastersindia.com/forum/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=60&st... ), A/B/C in "#Of Players" column means "#of players with Bonus Points / #of players with Non-Zero Scores / #of players who started the Test". So just watch out for higher values of A there

But higher values of "#of players with Bonus Points" just means the overall set was easy (or very few difficult puzzles). All the puzzle tests have some amount of easy puzzles.
