Slight change in Maxi Loop rules

There is a version 3 of the Instruction Booklet up now, that has a slight change in Maxi Loop rules. Mainly, it addresses the fact that the puzzle may have black cells that the loop cannot go through. We will put up something about this on the submission page as well.

Fantastic puzzles. Very enjoyable and well-balanced set (at least far better than the previous rounds).
Easily the best set of PR this year.
