Country : India | We are planning to meet on the 25th or 26th of December 2010 (whichever is most suitable ) in Mumbai.
The plan is to get to know each other better, and of course to solve the December Sudoku Test together.
If you are from Mumbai OR if you will be in Mumbai on any of these days, please try to make it. Post here if you will be able to come, so that we can plan the logistics.
You have a great chance to interact with Rohan Rao, the Indian Sudoku Champion 2010. So, don't miss it! |

Country : India | Sounds like a great plan, thanks for taking it up!
I'm stickying this thread.
Should we move it to 'LMI Tests' subforum? More players are likely to read it there. |

Country : India | if u keep a meet those who r willing to give the december sudoku test online because of any reason(say busy) will not be able to give it.
my solution: let it be this way.those who wish to meet let them meet wherever they decide and give the test there and those not in favour of it can give the test online.make it dual or selective whatever u think about it. so wat say. a good idea?????? |

Country : India | 11 of us met in Mumbai for solving the LMI December Sudoku Test. There were 4 new people (Mahesh Iyer, Hiral Parikh, Ishita Meshram and Nayana Phatak) and 7 members of LMI (Utkaarsh Somaiya, Amit Sowani, Gaurav Korde, Shanta Murthy, Prasanna Seshadri, Rohan Rao and myself).
We had a good time. Started with a small presentation by Rohan Rao on some solving techniques, and then followed by the LMI December Test. Let me tell you, the oldest member present (Shanta Murthy) was 75+ years of age. In all, it was great fun meeting and interacting with LMI members, as well as the new comers :) |
