Visa assistance Managing complications, providing details to embassies, etc. All documentation, receipts, paperwork, etc.

Additional Assistance Volunteers, Travel plans, etc. Volunteers - Assuming it is in Bangalore we have numbers, but should still explore getting a college/school in as volunteers, and training them in advance - offer certificates, this usually works.

Travel plans - Usually they want to have some touring of their own other than the planned excursion. Would be a nice bonus to partner with a tours & travels company and offer secondary plans.

I have not been to this place, so if anyone can share more details then we can plan better. Also it can be a good option (because of proximity) for outing if we choose Clarks Exotica as a hotel.

I think it would help if we fielded out this question (and others regarding potential excursion places) to more LMI members from Bangalore? Not sure how to do that though. We can probably do it in the Bangalore meet.
